Marvel previews said you'll be shocked by the last page of ASM#592.But that was rather disgusting than shocking. That was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen on any comics so far. Please don't do that again marvel...Please!

At the last page of ASM#592, Peter finds Aunt May naked in her bed with J.J.Jameson's father, who is also naked!...

Remember when Marvel said the day that 616 and Ultimate Universe effectively meet eachother that would mean Marvel is out of ideas? This...this means they are out of ideas. Is this true? I mean what...THE ****!?

J. Jonah Jameson's father? How old is he?!

J. Jonah Jameson's father? How old is he?!
And May's age is not really a problem?

After re-reading the issue, there is nothing that reveals the dude is JJ's father so it may not be him.
(Well, I read the issue at 6am this morning, and I was over-sleepy...)
But something inside tells me it's him.The dude being JJ's father is the ultimate thing to make this story even weirder...

Sorry for the wrong explanation...

It is him. In the last issue, during the two months Spidey and the FF were in the Macroverse, they had a bunch of scenes of May and JJ Sr. dating and starting a relationship.

I remeber the earlier days of ASM...I recently read the whole 592 issues by downloading the older ones. After going through all ASM my opinion is that, the quality was on top when J and Peter broke up on earlier days of JMS' run...

I really loved that Spidey.Especially when MJ and Peter had their break-up and MJ went to LA.I really enjoyed Peter's etheral body trying to shout I love you to MJ on the plane... I loved it when they went to each other's apartments at the same time without knowing about what the other did, I really enjoyed them thinking the very same things about each other... I loved it when they accidentally met at the airport... I loved it when Spidey spilled his milkshake all over his costume and shouted I'm the luckiest man on earth when he got that date from MJ... Those were great times.

For my liking the only way BND will really work is, giving MJ and Peter who doesn't know each other anymore a series of coincidences like those and rebuilding their relationship step by step, but not getting them married (then Joe Q will have to find a way to delete all those great moments...).

BND right now is just a series of empty fights and funny moments. But it's completely missing the real feeling of ASM...

Oops. I meant to say Flash.

Yeah. I was thinking of Flash but typed Vin. CALM DOWN, NOW! :p

i am calm, YOU'RE the one typing in all caps!

yuk

i'm glad i read this spoiler before i read the comic. I'm sure it will still gross me out, but now I won't be caught off guard by it.

In the words of Loeb, I guess that makes him the Aunt-...forget it, I can't finish that.

Girl Kraven? Didn't she figure out who Spidey was and where he lived - for real, this time - in ASM Extra! #3? Don't know why she would be paying all the bills, but it makes sense... I think.

i really doubt it, but who knows, maybe you're right.

as for the alst page of ASM #592, that really was unnecessary. However, the ending of the letter page was pretty funny:
Steve Wacker said:
Join, Pete, Aunt May, and J. Jonah Sr. next time for [a story] we just had to call:
AMAZING ADULT FANTASY!

I'm going to start buying this because on account of the Spidey/Wolverine fist bump.

Joe Kelley rules.

I haven't made it down to my LCS to pick up any of my comics in a few weeks, so i'm a couple issues behind. But 24/7 had a pretty disappointing conclusion. The new vulture seemed like he was building up to a cool villain and he ended up being completely disposable. The one redeeming factor was Spidey breaking both of his (his being the new vulture's) arms.

Let's hope that American Son is epic.

That's all the new Vulture is? A disposable villian?

Lame.

yeah, after all that build up
he's just another punk that was experimented on by the mob and now he's after them for vengeance.
And that's only addressed in passing, Adrian Toomes tells him that.

Spidey beats him and almost immediately starts an internal monologue about how much he hates Norman Osborne and how he's going to take him down one way or another.
