They could tell this story. But there are some stories, some we'll see probably this year, that they couldn't. I dunno.
Don't much care neither. Liked these three issues. I refuse to look at the 'big picture' of continuity and all that ****. Liked these three issues a great deal. Also liked that the comic is (essentially) weekly, with a rotation. Much more entertaining.

So, here's my take on what's going on.
I'm not gonna even touch on MJ and Peter not being married. Thats just ridiculous.
I approve of bringing Harry back. Even though he's probably the dorkiest guy in comic history, I like Harry.
The two new supporting girls are lame. Harry's girlfriend more so than the other.
Mr. Negative has the potential to be really cool. Hopefully he will be.

It has potential. At this stage it could go either way. The talk between Jackpot and Spider-Man could set up a quick "revelation" that Jackpot is MJ or go completely the other way around and reveal that Jackpot is someone completely different (in that case they probably changed it from the initial idea).
So Jackpots power(s) include a little invulnerability. What else?
