Ourchair's Awesome Anime Thread

Said it once and I'll say it again. Mukoh Haden: Sword of the Stranger.

Is there a plot or does that guy just go around killing folk?
Geass is good if you enjoyed the strategy centeric plots much like death note. And Fooly Cooly is the weirdest thing I've ever seen
Fooly Cooly may be my favorite anime ever.
I would only advise against Big O bcause it never got renewed for a final season so we have no answers and that can be frustrating. Still a cool show with a Batman TAS vibe to it
I never really connected it to Batman TAS specifically, but definitely Bat-inspired.
I loved the first half
The second half drags a bit, but not nearly enough to stop my overwhelming love of that movie.
Those are good ones as well, except for Wolf's Rain, I never really liked it.
It had a really interesting premise that payed off at the very end, but I'll admit that I lost interest early on and just happened to catch the last few episodes on AS.
Howl's wasn't bad, but I heard Grave of the Fireflies is depressing as hell.
Considering the subject matter it'd be weird if it wasn't depressing.

The time traveling/jumping one started with her rushing to school

This one starts with the character almost missing the school bus.

They all have school in them.

Oh those anime! :D

Well they are in highschool, and in Bounen No Xamdou he never goes to school again.

I've started watching Seto no Hanayame.

Mostly because the premise involves mermaid yakuza.

I just watched these two episodes of Gintama and I am laughing my *** off especially at the second one. The whole plot is that the main characters are trying to obtain a "Bentendo OoWee".

I wish they would make a Tetris like that..

I thought the manga was mostly funny.

Anyone know how this anime is?

Actually, it's pretty cute, it's got a Lupin III feel. One of my guy friends says it kinda felt like "what if Lupin was directed by Guy Ritchie". I adore the soundtrack, probably cause it rocks that Seatbelts vibe to it.

(The opening theme is Guns 'n Roses by Paradise Lunch)

Sadly, only one season though.
