Especially since the tie-in comic and What-If were contradictory on when events took place over the week.Same, though it won't change HOW I watch that part of the MCU, I am really curious how they will lay Iron Man 2, Thor, and TIH out for us.

Also makes me curious what the boundaries are now for the MCU's TVA; which is clearly not the same TVA from the comics. Are they only monitoring what branched from Earth-199999 and not the outer limits?Hate to ask this for the 1000th time but did they ever officially say other universes like the Spider-Man movie ones were branches or already existing; but now the events of Loki opened the gates that once secluded Earth-199999 open to the rest of the Multiverse?
Honestly...after the 2nd Spider-Verse, kinda more open to the latter. There is no "live-action" side, more-or-less, just pre-Loki it was all boxed out from connecting to the rest of the entire Marvel Multiverse.
Brings me to wonder if the Raimiverse and the Webbverse were just closest to Earth-199999 in the whole Multiversal organizing principle.
I have a sneaking suspicion that either through Loki or Deadpool or something else, we will learn all that information by the time Kang Dynasty comes out. I also have a suspicion that the final boss Kang (Immortus) is an intentional misdirect. Also makes me curious what the boundaries are now for the MCU's TVA; which is clearly not the same TVA from the comics. No, though that is certainly a possibility.Beyonder?
No, though that is certainly a possibility.
I think that "He Who Remains" will ironically be the final boss. We only saw him at the end of time and he mentioned that he won the multiversal war and stitched time together to be what it is. He even goes as far to say that it happened in the 31st century. So 'it hasn't happened yet' in the grand scheme of the MCU. However, Sylvie killing him, the subsequent multiversal breaks/incursions we've seen have jumpstarted that by 1000 years or so. I'd be willing to bet that Victor Timely is quite possibly the He Who Remains that discovers the multiverse as he tells them in his story and the second multiversal war is actually the first multiversal war played out from a different perspective.
I like a lot of this theory. One little thing tho is I don't think the Multiversal War happened particularly in the 31st century. That's absolutely when the events started but once you enter the multiverse that becomes kinda irrelevant and there's no real way from within a timeline to gauge those events. Like Loki's journey started in 2012 for him but Sylvie from waaaaaay before when she was a child. But that's doesn't mean HWR was killed during those moments in time. But otherwise of time the Multiversal War already happened within the multiverse, what happens now after HWR death isnt the Multiversal War's beginning. This hasn't started the events 1000 or so years early, it's the start of a new 2nd Multiversal War and things will likely be different this time around for example the TVA now exists which I'm sure will play a factor in certain events. I do really like the theory that HWR will be the "final boss" of the Multiverse Saga tho.No, though that is certainly a possibility.

Wouldn't that be an amazing end to the saga?I like a lot of this theory. One little thing tho is I don't think the Multiversal War happened particularly in the 31st century. One theory I had, and I'm not super like sure of this but it was just a thought, is that HWR was Kang the Conqueror from Quantumania. He specifically mentioned one of the names he was known as was the Conqueror. I think that at the start of this new Mutliversal War as new variants of Nathaniel Richards popped up and they found evidence of the previous war, things like the TVA existence that pointed to this all happening before. So to preserve themselves the Council of Kang's was formed and they exiled the one who would kill them all and become HWR leading to them now being unified instead of fighting. That being said it makes total sense for the rise of HWR to be the end of the Multiverse Saga and the threat the Avengers stop so it doesn't loop and a 3rd Multiversal War begins.
I was hopping that to tie into the Multiverse stuff we were going to see a new Kang pretty often, so I didn't think any of the previous Kang would be the same and that is more or less what we are seeing, although Kang is starting to lose his threat level given that we have already seen 2 variants being defeated by "minor" heroes. Well, maybe Quantumania Kang is still alive since even Scott himself doubts it for a moment and would not be the first time an Ant Man villain disappears in a explosion of light to be revealed to be alive in another movie![]()
Yeah that's why Kang is still a threat on my eyes. It's not how he lost a fight, it's that he or a variant of him is still out there. Sure Ant-Man stopped an exiled version of Kang with no access to his greatest asset, time travel, but what about tomorrow? Hell what about yesterday? And now we know litteral thousands of them are organized and united? Now that is an Avengers level threat lolIf my theory is at all plausible, it actually makes a lot of what he said in Loki have a different meaning than taken at face value of 'see you soon' being other variants. He was literally referring to himself and his inevitable return and re-rise to power.
I love the fact that every Avengers movie the villain has some sort of army. Obviously they are needed to keep the heroes from the main villain but the fact that this time it's an army of Kang's is gonna be amazing to watch...Yeah that's why Kang is still a threat on my eyes. General consensus I believe was May 2024Can anyone give me the TL;DR on Thor 4's placement?
Wait, isn't it 2025?General consensus I believe was May 2024
Depends on who you ask, it was a debate, there were just a couple things to put it closer to 2024 like Groot's appearance and the intention of having Moon Knight happen at the same time. Nothing concrete and I think we were all okay with moving it to 2025 should more evidence show upWait, isn't it 2025?
The upcoming book should hopefully clear it up once and for all.Can anyone give me the TL;DR on Thor 4's placement?
More precisely, it was because of the likelihood of the Thor and Jane flashback being after Age of Ultron and before Civil War, since in Civil War Thor is implied to not be on Earth. A magazine cover in this scene is dated September-October, and 8 years and 7 months after October 2015 would be May 2024. The placement of Moon Knight came after because people voted for it to be in 2024.Depends on who you ask, it was a debate, there were just a couple things to put it closer to 2024 like Groot's appearance and the intention of having Moon Knight happen at the same time. Right yes, I stand corrected.
