Lost *spoilers*

Another theory my friend just came up with is actually pretty interesting. He thinks that the little boy that appeared to Locke and told him he couldn't break the rules is a part of the Smoke Monster. As opposed to one man, my friend believes he's several. the Locke portion of the Smoke is trying to segment himself from the other personalities (one being this little boy) but can not due to the rules. The rules that apply to being a part of the Smoke Monster. What this means I dunno, and I am thinking about it now... And it seems sort of illogical because the rules have to do with candidates and the rule stipulates that the Smoke Monster can't kill them. I dunno. I'm saying the kid is Jacob.

Interesting theory but I think a bit too complex

Richard is white? I always thought he was something more exotic. According to wikipedia Nestor Carbonell is of cuban/spanish descent.

Maybe so, but he certainly looks white to me.

They couldn't get away with an entire ship of African slaves on network television, no matter how diverse the show is.
what? It's history! I think it would be more offensive to change history to make it seem nicer. I'm pretty sure that everyone who heard that the Black Rock was a slave ship pictured white/European slavers and African slaves. That's just the reality of our history, it's not nice, but trying to make it more nice by changing history would be a terribly insensitive thing to do.

PS Episode 9 (
A Richard-centric outting
) will run 6 minutes longer.
amazing.

...LOST takes place in ultimate moon night's head!

there was even a little red-headed girl on a swing!

The flash sideways should be set in
Gotham City.

And Richard should be called
Batmanuel
.

I hope someone gets that reference.
Nope, don't get it. His name in Gotham city would be Mayor Garcia...

but that does raise an interesting point. What would his flash sideways be about? if the island, that he was on, sank in 1977 what happened to him? We would have to assume that he was still on the island working for Jacob until that point, so would he just be somewhere else, still living his immortal life?

I would really like to have some flash backs with him instead of a flash sideways.

Locke looks like Voldemort and Kate is terrifying.

Sayid has bigger boobs than Kate does. Those little figurines, I mean...

Speaking of big boobs and Ilana... Yea. I'm crushing on them... err her, too.

But seriously, I think Alex is good looking too. My age, too. hahaha

They made Charlie look like such a hard ass too.

The only ones they got right were Sawyer and Hurley. And Sawyer's accessory is the note he wrote? Seriously?

I find it funny that out of a group of a fugitive wanted for murder, an Iraqi torturer, a con man, a drug addict, and a hunter its the spinal surgeon that's associated with a handgun.

His walkman.

 right.
I actually thought it was a bathroom scale.

Well, clearly these are toys from the first season. Jack did run around shooting a gun a lot in that season.

I've read some tremendously huge spoilers. I'm not going to share them with you guys, but know that the end of this season is going to pretty final in terms of the series closing out.

I don't know why you would spoil yourself when there's only like 10 episodes left.

I liked tonight's episode a lot. Sawyer is always a great character, whenever he's active on a mission. He's always going to find out what will benefit him most and do anything in order to get it. Classic.

How they are working Claire into this all is going to be very interesting now... Cool.

I really wanted the girl that he went on the date with to be Juliet. But it was Charlotte.

This episode really made me wonder if we're going to get a Miles-centric episode.

And what was the deal with the Locke-ness monster's crazy mother?

I really hope Aaron and Walt play into this last season in a huge way.

that was a very ADD post.

We've already seen a Miles-centric flashsideways - it was in the movie Saw. Benjamin Linus appeared too. :)

Decent episode. Expect next week's Richard episode to kick start the second half.

Who thinks Desmond is locked away in the sub?
