Heroes seasons 1 & 2 series discussion [spoilers]

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

That really sucks

I really don't know what killing him will accomplish. Besides, it's going to piss off a lot of fans. He's easily the most popular character next to Hiro, and he's heavily involved with the fan base.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I know you tried to warn me, but dude - the spoiler tags are there for a reason.

Your first post - I've not clicked the link - but I'm pretty sure I know exactly who and what you're talking about. So I'm kinda annoyed knowing.

Regardless, it's not true until I've seen it.

The second sentence gave it away? . . .I'm sorry, man. Well, if its any consolation, it's not complete confirmation. It's just. . .heavily hinted.

Honestly, though, I think it'd do more damage to the show then good. I'm hoping its a ruse.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Hence my, "It's not true until I've seen it" comment.

Also - I know it's not intended. I've not clicked on the link, so maybe I'm thinking someone else, but I doubt it. :)

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

My guess is that's a picture of the alleged remains of Peter... Four months ago.

Wait. **** that. West is there. Damn.

Doesn't describing the picture sort of ruin the point of putting it behind spoiler tags?

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Yes.

I know it's a spoilers thread, but it's also a discussion thread. Put spoilers in tags people.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

You know what could redeem this show? If Sylar kills West and has an aerial battle with Peter and Nathan. **** YEAH!

So who's a worse boyfriend: West, for being a horrible douche, or Peter, for losing his girlfriend in the future? Hiro might have to go rescue Peter's girl (I can't spell her name, it's one of those dumb ones with fifty billion alternate spellings) if Peter can't get a grip, since it seems like Hiro has way more control over his powers lately.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

So, after seeing a few pictures from a future episode, I'm almost positive I know who Elle's father is.

Bob. I think Bob is what HRG would have been had he stayed with the Company. And Elle is what Claire would have been had HRG turned her over to the Company.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Wow, this was a great episode. I didn't care so much about the Mexican twins part but the Peter and Nikki parts were great. I'm sad DL's gone, he was cool. :(

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I really enjoyed it, I like how everyone is both a hero and villain and you don't know who to trust. And Doom, you'll be happy to know that after this episode I am now officially smitten by Kristin Bell.

Mmmmmmm, Bell. :drooling:

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

So. . .I was actually very disappointed with this episode, especially after last week's episode. I was expecting some interesting developments, but it really failed to deliver.

I liked that they explained how Peter lost his memory and why the Company is tracking him, I liked Elle and Bob, and I liked DL being a hero, but everything else felt weak. I didn't really like that Adam's blood saved Nathan. That felt contrived. I also though DL died like a punk. He deserved a WAY better death than that. And ,of course, boring twins are boring. Also. . .I'm not really sure I like them setting up Adam as ambiguous as far as his allegiance goes. Is he good? Or is he evil? How CAN he be good? He's Hiro's villain, and the Company felt he was too dangerous.

They completely left out what happened with Matt and his wife (Yes, we know, but still), how he hooked up with Mohinder and Molly, how Sylar wound up where he was, and how Noah and Mohinder decided to conspire against the Comapny. There was needless exposition with both Peter and Adam's storyline and Nikki and DL's storyline and the episode suffered for it. I also felt that the last scene with the boring twins was completely unnecessary.

OH, and we STILL don't know what Mama Petrelli's powers are. I'm going to assume it's Persuasion, but it's getting kind of ridiculous.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Dude Elle is soo hot.

All in all, another solid episode. The show has definitely picked up within the last two... Sucks that we'll only have a few episodes left. Next week we're gonna get one hell of an episode from the looks of it. I can only hope that Mohinder gets it. He's a *****, if you ask me.

Anyway, the Peter and Adam stuff were real good. Like where that's going... Peter is on his side, so we'll see where Hiro comes into this. Do Hiro and Peter have that strong a friendship that Peter'll trust him over Adam? The way it is now, I'd say no... But we'll see.

The twins were wasteful again. I'm beginning to think Kring should've named them Niki and Paulo.

I wanted to see more of what happened to Sylar... Since he was awesome... And more of HRG but no. Next week, hopefully.

See I completely agree with this... It was getting there but I didn't learn enough about what happened in the four months... We could pretty much infer everything that was there except the Adam thing which really just brought more questions to the table.
And what gives? I thought we were supposed to get to episode 13? 3 more puts us at 11.
