Heroes seasons 1 & 2 series discussion [spoilers]

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I wanted to scream during that.:arrgh:

Yeah. . .me too.

Worse? I was watching with my mom and a friend of mine, and my friend and I commented about how lame that was and how we hate West, while my mom says "Aw, I think they're cute together. They'll make a nice couple."

I had to walk out of the room.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I wish Claire's gay friend was still around. We could have still played the "accept that we're both different" angle. And we still could have reveled in the fact that our baby Hayden was still single.

(Joke).

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

How DO we know that DL is really dead. All we have seen is his grave and that Nikki and Micah THINKS he is dead.

Oh, and about seeing how Candice really look like; doesn't people read the graphic novels from www.nbc.com/heroes? You REALLY should. It ties up some storylines and you get some origins from them.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

What can you do? Tim Kring is a racist.

All I have to say about last night's ep is that my dad walked by during the cheesy flying scene between West and Claire and said, "Wow, I'm glad I decided to stop watching the show this season." :)

Your dad is awesome.

Sylar should have killed most of the characters in the Season One finale.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

West is slightly interesting now, and I think his "annoying sidekick" role will be taken over by the white guy from the Mexican story.

Yay Sylar! And we finally get to see him playing with brains, kinda.

I think Hiro's story is boring and wish he would've came back this episode.

Happy to see Peter being kinda badass.

I hate Mohinder and Parkman living together. . . Hate it.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

The place where Peter's storyline went is pretty much the only place it could go, to the point where I have no idea how they're going to do him once he has his memory back(at the end of the season at the latest). He's more powerful than Superman now.

- Super-strength
- Extreme Healing Factor
- Flight
- Intangiability
- Mind-Reading
- Precognition
- Telekinesis
- Invisibility
- Time Travel/Stopping
- Teleportation
- Technopathy(if he got D.L.'s power he must have Micah's too, right?)
- Generation of Electricity(maybe Electrokinesis too?)
- Generation of seemingly any kind of Radiation
- Whatever his mother can do, if she has a power(unless that's the electrokinesis)
- Whatever his father could do(unless that's the electrokinesis)

I mean.... holy ****, how are they going to write stories with obstacles for him now? He's got most of Superman's AND the Martian Manhunter's powers, plus a bunch more. Amnesia was bascially the only way to go, but after that, I predict he's going to lose a handful of those powers in another cataclysm-type event.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I am starting to get into this, I saw the season final and watched all the new episodes so far (skipping the Claire and West parts because I really dont give a ****) I was hoping Hiro would returned cause it seems they wrapped things up nicely with him fixing the past there's no real reason for him to stay. God help me if they start a love triangle cause I ****ing hate love triangles

I agree, they could have either depowered him or this, but I hate at the end of episode he goes "do I really want to know?" just stop being a ***** and open the damn box

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Did you miss all of the marital problems the two were having in the first season?

No, but I'm pretty sure they resolved them.

Also, there's really no excuse for that stuff to happen offscreen (particularly with his kid) just to set up some lame new status quo.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

It's not going to be offscreen. An episode called "Four Months Ago" (or something like that) will deal with what happened right after the season 1 showdown with Sylar.

It better. I don't mind Mohinder and Parkman living together but there is NO reason why he should be divorced, and away from his first-born child.

Although.... I guess the kid hasn't even been born yet.

It will. Greg Gruneberg said it would be addressed.
