Also, I'm trying to remember, have I missed an issue of Fables? Has an issue come out since the Bigby two-parter? What happened in it?

Issue 59 came out, which answered Reader's questions in one and two page stories.

I find Red Riding Hood more attactive in this issue.

And do you think that Fly will actually go to the homelands?

I liked the teaser for it at the end.




I am very curious as to the discussion between Frau and Kay.
 
He'll probably make it to the Homelands, but I doubt he'll hack and slash his way through.

This storyline is supposedly going to take up the rest of the year, if not more, so something has to happen.

It's so great to have Buckingham back and the first "real" issue of Fables in five months.
 
i love this effin' series. fly made me all weepy in this issue, and i can't wait to see him kick a** back in the homelands.....if blue even agrees to teach him how to use the sword and cloak.

I don't see that happening, but I doubt that'll stop Fly at this point.

That does suck, because you have a whole trade of fill-in material before you get back to the "real" series. And since the current storyline is going to be about a year long, you'll have at least that long between trades.

Switch over to monthlies with 60!

Eh, I hate buying singles since I would wind up spending twice as much; I'd buy the trades for rereading.
 
That's actually pretty cool about Brian Bolland. I really like his work. He did Killing Joke, don't forget.

Yeah, I prefer it when the person doing the Interiors does the cover. It adds a nice unity to the book and allows for a more representative look as for the content.
