At WWP, someone asked what would Spidey's third wish be saying that he had helped Loki in the past, and only received two of his three wishes, or some such nonsense, from Loki. So it's probably Loki

What actually happened with that symbiote war/invasion thing?

Could it be possible one of them found Eddie in the hospital and creates Venom again? or am I hoping too much for this? Plus on the intervieew during Wizard world or comic I forget which they said Eddie brock will "return to form soon" or something.

And it's not just me. E agrees with me too.

The problem with Spiderman lately (read---last few years) is that he's being taken out of context and being thrown into these "cosmic-universe changing-world threatening-mega crossover events" that he has no business being involved in.

He should be involved in the streetlevel drama DD is in. Not swinging around fighting Secret Skrulls and ninjas in Japan along with the Avengers.

And this whole Ezekiel-ManSpider-Totem bull**** going on....is just that. Bull****.

It's because no one can write Spider-Man anymore. And if they can, well, they're not allowed to without giving him some stupid life changing event.

plus there is soooo much editorial influence in ASM

if JMS had got his way Aunt May and MJ would have been killed dead at the end of his Civil War arc, but you just know that Joe and Brevoort hit the brakes on that

think about it that snipers orders were to kill all three of them to, you'd think logically he would pick MJ and Aunt May off right away then wait for Peter.

For once, Doom, I agree with you on the subject of 616 Spider-Man. (I was its biggest supporter here for most of '06-'07 aka "the post Civil War landscape".) Because despite the despicable fact that I'll still be buying Amazing post-OMD, I've just about had it with this title.

What everybody should do is buy the issues coming out and then once the crappy *** twist happens drop it altogether, put a dent in the sales figure, which at the end of the day, is the only thing they pay attention to
