Ultimate Colossus

This doesn't have to do with Colossus but I'm not saying that was the original intention of the Hulk but I think as he started to grow the point was that he was an indestructible force. Nothing could stop him and that's why the story was interesting because the only thing that could stop him was Banner himself. The point of me saying it was that no other force in the marvel universe can stop him save maybe the Sentry...

OC, you've got to be one of the smartest members this board has seen. You really put even me to shame. ;)

Oh buh-ROTHER.

What? ;) I can't believe you're disagreeing with me... What is it? Is it because I haven't won one of those Comic Quiz games? Get outta here, E... ;)

Well, I'm still not going to accept Colossus is gay until we see him and a male character acting like Scott and Jean. *shrugs* But that's just me.

Yup, and his brother Mikhail too.
His sister is Illyana Rasputin, also known as Magik. Im pretty sure we'll see her at one point

He was an astronaut in the soviet space program and the Russian government faked his death to activate and use his mutant abilities in secret. I can't remember quite how but he ended up with the Morlocks during the flooding of the Morlock tunnels and managed to teleport a great number of them to a pocket dimension called "The Hill." Time passed faster on the Hill and in Storm's limited series, she is transported there. This ends with the next generation of super-violent morlocks (the hill is a survival of the fittest, fight to reach the top of "the Hill" literally, kind of place) calling themselves Gene Nation arriving in the main reality as terrorists. Marrow, Vessel and Hemmingway are the only ones I can remember. Mikhail was also part of the Twelve storyline which you can read about here

A hate to use the term "Brain-fart", but I just had a big one.

Regarding Colossus' attitude towards Xavier all of the time, does anyone else think that really he's just scared because he's not sure if Xavier knows he's gay or not? I mean his biggest concern if Xavier running through the students minds and Colossus considers himself to have a big secret. This would make a lot of sense I think.

I think, and I'm hoping, it deals more with Colossus having a problem of Xavier acting impuslively or allowing his students to think like that (For example, during the end of Blockbuster) and then suddenly diverting to a more black ops, low-key thing right there. Xavier's a very confused man inside his student's heads, really, and I think that is what Colossus is fighting with.

I'm just failing to see why his preference would have anything to do with where he stands with Xavier. Like I've said, they should be two different things altogether.

Still, I do not see why this would make him turn completely against him. I know now that you mean that his privacy is being stripped of him which would piss even me off, but I doubt that would even go noticed in Colossus' mind. I'm sure Charles is skilled enough so he can go in and out without anyone knowing.
