I didn't say they weren't important - but the knockout games are more important than the group games.

Because we were supposed to lose. In a real sport a tie shows a shameful lack of ability by both teams to score a decisive blow. In soccer it counts has half a win and gives us a better chance to advance out of the first round than a loss would have.

My country is playing Denmark tomorrow. Gonna dress in orange and watch with a bunch of friends. It's gonna be loads of fun!

That save at the end of the Netherland vs. Denmark game was epic. Too bad Denmark were **** the rest of the game.

Yes, it was. It was the same guy that scoored in his own goal in the first half, so he had to redeem himself.

We were playing pretty poorly the first half as well though. It got better the second half. But we won, so I shouldnt complain!

First time New Zealand scores a worldcup goal. And they even waited for the last possible moment to make it. It was awesome!

I've never been to NZ, but if they are as sport-oriented as everyone says they are, that country must have exploded when they made that goal.
