Smallville (spoilers)

Here's a link to Entertainment Weekly's review of Thursday's episode. The critic likes Smallville, but he is a much bigger fan of Heroes, Battlestar Galactica, and most importantly (to him) LOST -- just read any one of his mind-bogglingly geeky Doc Jensen columns; you'll feel bad for his wife who has to listen to all his theories 24/7, a fact he always mentions.

I need confirmation....

I haven't seen any of this season television (Smallville, 24, Lost, PrisonBreak.. nothing).

My cousin called me tonight and mentioned Chloe was dead. Is it true?

No... the only one that died wast the guy that was trying to kill Lana.

Is Smallvile almost over?!... An interview with Al Gough, Executive Producer of Smallville has said: "We all feel we have, legitimately, a good two more seasons worth of stories. Then I think it's time to pack it up to the fortress and go home." Read this and more at: http://blog.meevee.com/my_weblog/2007/03/meevee_exclusiv_1.html

Almost over? If Gough's serious that means a total of 8 seasons. How long did you think the show would last?

And ending two full seasons from now is not "almost over". To put that in perspective, that'll mean it's ending a few moths before the Superman Returns sequel comes out.

Two years is not a lot of time, that like 48 more episodes. It may sound like a lot but it not. Its to bad Tom will never wear the suit. Thats kind of how I would have liked it to end, Clark finally reaching his true destiny. Or at least have Martha Kent hand him the suit as he moves to Metropolis.

I'm glad he won't. He plays young Clark perfectly....but I don't see him as Superman.

And to be honest---even if the show ended with him graduating college and moving to Metropolis right away...it'd still be too early for him to put the suit on.

I guess I just always was under the impression that after he graduates he travels the world a bit to find himself and grow. Randomly helping people out along the way. Then once he grows up a bit he moves to Metropolis and does the cape thing.

I could be biased since my vision of the perfect Superman is the one from TAS.

That would be a good way to continues the series. But if its over they might as well put a big ending on it and show what fans have been wanting to see the whole series

I missed Thursday's episode. Does anyone know if CW replays episodes online anywhere?

Yah, Lana set up chloe to see if Clark would save her. So now Lana knows what Clark can do. She was going to not marry Lex for Clark, But Lionel threaten to kill Clark if she didn't. And Lex killed the Doctor that knew what Lex had done to Lana, and was blackmailed him.

I think he was asking if people knew where to find the episode.

Not if anyone could spoil the whole plot.:?

I pretty quickly figured out that there wasn't going to be a way to watch online, so a summary is the best I could get anyway.

What's Clana?

Clark-Lana shipper appreviation, like those stupid celebrity relationship names.

What? I used to read the Television Without Pity boards until I got tired of how all conversations degenerated into Lana's suckiness or how much in love Clark and Lex were. It's like Bendis and Bass for this board, except only the Lana bashing was even remotely amusing.

Wait...back up a second. What's a 'shipper'? And Lana is sucky. And how are Clark and Lex in love?
