Personally, I really liked the issue. I thought it was one of Bendis' better issue of New Avengers. I loved seeing the Sentry just kick ***. The only thing that I was bugged me was that Iron Man made it back from the Moon to a low earth orbit in what seemed like a moment. I know I'm nit picking at the little thing here but I notice this s***.

My personal choice for explaining Micheal is the idea that Magneto's powers were sentient and have now taken control of the rest. I like this one because it could both explain why Micheal went to Genosha and can give Magneto back his powers. The most plausible explaination is probably that Micheal was an energry absorbing mutant that no one ever identified who aborbed the energy fields released by M-day.

I now want to see Captain America snap Maria Hill's neck during Civil War then I see Tony Stark taking over as commander of SHIELD. I'm not sure why want this to happen, but I do. She a b**** and I both hate and respect that.

I, too, like the Michael as a human with a positive X-Gene theory best as well.

Stark as leader of SHIELD? It'd be cool but I can't wait for Fury's triumphant return.

I thought issue 19 was the best issue this series has had. A lot happened in this issue. Hill is the queen of *****es. Iron Man kicked *** and did Sentry. The ending in Genosha was awesome. I'm hoping they find Wanda.

Only problem I had with this issue was the coloring. Very poor. Otherwise, great issue.

It's like it's too dull; there's no brilliance or intensity to it. Completely different from the Sentry issues, where the color was very vibrant.

It's a similar problem with the Ronin arc.

Hey, I liked this issue, the first time in the 13 or 14 issues I've read that I can say that.
Why would you keep reading the series for that long?

I've heard of this "hope," but why also devote your money along with your "hope?"

Maybe she doesn't. I know I don't.

I think the color has been pretty spot on for the most part. I looked at some of the back issues and I noticed that the coloring reflects the tone of the arc.

During lighter arcs such as Spiderwoman's Role and Sentry's the coloring is bright and vibrant. But during darker mood arcs like Ronin---the coloring is darker and dull. Creating a grittier vibe to match the story.

I don't have a problem with "darker" where it's appropriate. Punisher is a good example of this.

The colors in NA I'm talking about look more like bad print jobs.

Aso....now I see.

Yeah...this did seem like it was done by some 10 year olds with paint by numbers.

And then couldn't even finish coloring in the spaces.

So we're in agreeance---yay on writing...nay on color.

And there's a meh on art for me. I'm just not feeling it.

Re: New Avengers series discussion (spoilers)

So I've been thinking about what's coming up and "Michael". I know this might piss some people off but what if "Michael" is the excuse to repower some mutants. The collective mutant energies hit earth and are now searching out their former hosts beginning with the mutants at higher power levels?

Personally I'd love it.

It wouldn't surprise me at all, and I would hate it.

Well think about it. There's no way this thing can give back all of those mutants their powers. It starts off with Magneto and he gets his mojo back but obviously they're gonna stop "Michael" at some point (sooner than later) so it's not like all of the mutants will get their powers back.

Re: New Avengers series discussion (spoilers)

Well maybe when the power is released it would switch different mutants abilities or even power humans. Though I'd prefer they wait a year before repowering mutants

Maybe I put this wrong. Magneto would be the only one repowered. Because "michael" is gonna be stopped. I'm just toying with the concept of what "Michael" is and how he wound up in Genosha. Not speculating on the future.

Re: New Avengers series discussion (spoilers)

I'd be surprised if anyone but Magneto got their powers back. It would have been a hard thing to ignore in Civil War #1.

I actually liked #20
