New Avengers Annual.
This was Bendis' worst characterization of Luke Cage. The whole relationship between Cage and Jones was just goofy. I couldn't understand what was going on in the first few pages of the comic because I dunno the panels just seemed messed up.
Jessica's speech was corny but touching.
That being said, Unexpected shocker to see Black Widow II return as The Adaptoid but I thought she was overly powerful. The Adaptoid concept in General is cheese.
What am I trying to say here? Right.
We pick up where we left off with Black Widow II. We find the guy speaking to her is some suit with an unrevealed name. He says his men is working closely with A.I.M. and they've mastered the Adaptoid biology.

Jessica Jones brings the baby to Stark Towers. The company present: New Avengers + Carol Danvers (She's on the ****ing team. I don't care what anyone says about being "official), Mary Jane, Aunt May, Jarvis. Jessica gets sentimental and tells Luke that she will marry him. Luke turns into a lovesick school boy and looses complete sense of being a "man".
The Mayor visits and Tony tells Cap to wear the flag and for The Sentry to accompany them. The three of them greet him at the foot of Stark Tower but then Adaptoid attacks. Cap takes the Mayor to safety.
Adaptoid battles all NA absorbing all their powers until Peter comes up with an idea to overload her. Tony disappears while everytakes a shot and she turns into this creature like thing with all their powers. When Iron Man shows back up he brings all types of Iron Man armor with him, trying to overload her. It still doesn't work.
What brings her down is The Sentry's use of The Void. She breaks and they question her. But before she can reveal anything, the mystery man who observes the whole thing due to biosurviellance detnonates her into a pile of goop... yes, goop.
Tony gets pissed at Spider-Woman because he thinks she's still hideing things and Cap feels sorry for her.
Jessica and Luke get married by Stan Lee and Jessica gives a touching speech.
