Marvel Cinematic Universe - Timeline

In Cap 1, Zola is captured immediately after the train sequence Bucky 'dies' in, in 1944. However, he tells them in Cap 2 he was captured in 1945 and somehow he was able to work Bucky's rehabilitation. So was he captured immediately after the train in 1944 which lead Cap to the final base, or was he still at large and worked on Bucky and somehow got captured a year later in 1945?

Can always just assume he was broken out or escaped with help of Hydra, and then was recaptured a year later. Not beyond the realm of possibility.

Odds are in reality the writers aren't paying attention, which forces such presumptions, but...

Watch how the Russos react to being asked about it though, it clearly bothers them. 27:34

The "definitely not Hydra" guy from the department of war just mentioned the Hollywood Ten, who weren't blacklisted until November 25, 1947. I guess we can chalk this up as another historical inaccuracy.

Different realities, different histories, different dates. ;)

But again, the real world historical events/dates may not (or definitely don't) necessarily align with the MCU version.

I always start with the approach that historical dating can be used for the most part (in terms of specific historical events), as most of the time it works. However, with instances like this, where we get a hard date in one episode and then an implied later date (though I'm quite sure the writers didn't intend a 5 month break between last episode and this week's, so we have to chalk it up to the writers not paying close attention to the timeline, OR not caring so they could make the reference anyway--as I said, the writers and showrunners don't really seem to pay much attention to the timeline), I have to explain that by assuming the real world and MCU historical dating of those events differs to some degree. Perhaps in the MCU the Hollywood Ten were outed months earlier than our reality's November 25, 1947 date to align with the Agent Carter Season 2 July dates.

Well, according to Wikipedia, the Hollywood Ten were subpoenaed by Congress in September. It's probable (well, possible) that there was already unfavorable attention on them in July.

There would be no way of knowing that only 10 of the 79 subpoenaed filmmakers would show up though? The Hollywood Seventy-Nine?

The guidebook to the Marvel Cinematic Universe - Captain America: The First Avenger covers:
Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
Captain America: The First Avenger adaptation #1-2 (2013)
Captain America: First Vengeance #1-4 (2011)

I'd really like that if it was in a film and the drink was something Marvel related like Supreme Power Cola or something. As a Coke ad it makes me sick to my stomach.

This is worse then cancer

It's worse and THEN cancer happens?

Have to wait on the Captain America - Civil War Prelude TPB to release so I can accurately break up the CA-CW Prelude Infinite comic up by page number.

Flashbacks are all set during end of Winter Soldier and just afterwards, and present day events occur immediately before Civil War begins.

How long was Jessica with kill grave. After reviewing again it looks like it must have been a year. when jessica meets killgrave its fall or winter. Jackets and no leaves on trees. Next time we see her its sometime later and she is warm enough for her to wear a sleeveless dress outside. There are now leaves on the tree as well indicating its either spring or summer (1000 cuts). The next time we see her its Jan 20 2014 the night she leaves killgrave.

Aug 2013 Jessica was working in the office "18 months ago" The Sandwich Saved Me" (0:00:00 - 0:06:07) - Thats a lock.
Working as a sandwich - No leaves trees (fall or winter 2013?)
Jessica saves neighbor - No leaves on tree (fall or winter 2013?)
Jessica on the balcony - Leaves on trees (spring or summer ????)
Jan 20 2014. Killgrave hit by bus - No leaves on trees - date is locked.

This implies that they were together longer than seems possible. Am i missing something?
