Justice League: To the silver screen!

The JLA movie is going to be all kinds of suck unless Bale and Routh are in it... DISMAL FAILURE.

Seriously, if DC/WB even tries to push this garbage through with different actors playing the A-list heroes, what is the point? I thought that was the point of WB owning DC and therefore, the rights to the Batman and Superman franchises. If you're not going to do it right, then don't do it at all.

I know a lot of people complained about X3 but c'mon, this is going to make X3 look like X2 (lol).

Ditto.

Although I could understand why not Bale. The film would be such a drastic departure from the small universe the movie is building.

But yeah....they need to go ahead and finish the Superman sequel and other intro movies to the rest of the cast before they push a JL movie.

At least gimme a Wonder Woman and Flash film.

Flash, he's becoming my favorite about as fast as he runs. I would like to see a Flash movie and I stand by the fact that no one can play wonder woman other than lucy lawless.

I hate that line.

I want to punch babies and light kittens on fire everytime I see that excuse.
I know you do. I posted that tease just for you.

I light babies on fire and then have them punched by kittens when I see that line. Then I rape the kittens after.

Lucy Lawless discovered mid-song wardrobe malfunction long before Janet Jackson. And she did it with style.

I don't know whether to gloat over SR losing its franchise or weep over this mindless trainwreck blockbuster killing an intellegent, albeit poorly conceived and unorthodox, story.

At least the idiocy of SR will do less damage this way and we'll probably see a new rebooted Superman franchise a few years sooner this way.

The only thing that would suck about a fresh reboot of movie Superman would be having to see his freaking origin one more freaking time.

Otherwise, I don't want anyone involved in Returns to be back, and I don't want a Superbaby.

But Justice League doesn't have anything to do with Begins or Returns.

Think of it as a hyper-realistic version of JLU.

Hmmmm......looks like DC will be putting everything on hold for the time being while they clear up this new lawsuit.

Sue For Superman?

I am slightly confused by all this because I thought this was done several years (possibly decades) ago when DC was sued by relatives of Bob Kane for Batman royalties? I thought it was decided then that DC would give credit to the respective creators in all media and royalties to the families?

Unless DC hasn't been paying?

Hmmmmm.....

Indeed, none other than Superman Returns director Bryan Singer has reportedly been ordered by the court to give a deposition in the case by no later than November 30th. The case is scheduled to go to trial January 22, 2008.
What does that mean, that Signer has to give a deposition?
