Doctor Who

The most sensible reaction to this that I've read is them trying to push Doctor Who into the far more lucrative Fall through Spring broadcast schedule, most likely with a huge event coming at the end of the Seventh Series for the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who in 2013.

Here's hoping it's a big multi-doctor adventure penned by Moffat.

I approve of James McAvoy as the Twelfth Doctor.
 
McAvoy would be fine, but my pick for a twelfth Doctor (I believe he was considered for eleven) would be Idris Elba. Stringer Bell as the Doctor! It doesn't get much better than that.
 
Idris Elba has to be James Bond first.
 
I have no idea how Amy Pond wandering around drunk and naked fits into The Doctor's plans this time.
 
I have no idea why this is considered "news". I'm also not sure if it's true. There's no corroboration of any kind. Just one anonymous person saying that he, and a bunch of other people who haven't been quoted or interviewed, said she was drunk and naked.

Rubbish journalism. Not only is it written poorly, but it is a poorly chosen topic for a news story.
 
Every time I watch the ending of A GOOD MAN GOES TO WAR or SILENCE IN THE LIBRARY, I break into tears.

I don't know why, but the way the love story between the Doctor and River moves really hits me.
