All I know is some European (Italian?) guy named Tito Faraci is writing a Captain America/Daredevil Team-Up and that's what they're calling it. I'll keep posting more information as I come across it but I don't have much now.

I would imagine D.O.A. stands for Dead or Alive considering the villain.
