Bryan Singer on Ultimate X-Men.

Well, Ice's posts came with, too. It must have. I knew I was talking in the right thread.

Like I said - IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHAT THREAD IT'S IN.

Can't you just answer my question?

How can I answer it when it's not supposed to be in here? So, the answer to your question is a straight "no". ;) There.

It's pretty easy, actually, but your refusal tells me all I need to know.

Goodz it's happened to me on occasions too... E, easy on him he's scared and lost....

What E (and the rest of us) wants to know Goodz is what you meant by this....

I mean, I'm a little more open to his run since Vaughan is going to help him out for a bit, but think of it this way... This guy has pretty much made it clear that he wants to skip over the continuity business and start his own. That can't happen.

Singer wants to turn the UU into the movie-verse; willing to change relationships, affiliations and entire characters, so that they correspond with the movie characters so he can do whatever he was going to do, had he directed the third movie.

Thats why I'm hesitant about his run. UU isn't the movie-verse and he shouldn't try to recreat it just because he didn't get to direct X-3

Well, maybe it would've been better if he had directed the movie. He could do what he wanted in the movie and he would've had to do something completely different in the comics...

Then you blasted Ice for not reading the post and posted some nonsense about #41. All I'm asking is since you're so eager to blast Ice for not reading, tell me how you arrived at that. And different thread or not, you were talking directly to Ice about his post, which was in response to your first one.

Honestly, why are we still on this? It was an honest mistake... Goodness.

But you wouldn't say/admit it was a mistake. That's all you needed to do.

And an apology to Ice would probably have been nice for jumping down his throat, but that's your call.

I've been thinking:

If the rest of the issues of UXM are just once a month, Singer should be on around Nov/Dec.

I hope so. How long ago did they announce that Singer was going to be writing UXM?

I'm so loving vaughan's realistic approach. I've said I have doubts about singer, and I know vaughan is coaching him for a while. But do you think he will lose that approach? Go into aliens and stupid stuff like that?
Aliens are ok when done with the ultimates, I can get that, but if he tries to have a shi'ar (or whatever it is) queen relationship with xavier i may well drop the title. I hate that crap.

Last Summer, it was said that he was supposed to come on January 2005.

Bout time. I have no high excepections from his run after I found out what I told u about him.

I wouldn't say that Singer would take the title to aliens and stuff... I have a little faith in him to not do something as dumb as that.

I know we've already been through this, but why change teh title from Stan Lee presents... to Bryan Singer presents...

Surely Stan Lee is the most important person behind the scenes of the X-Men, after all, he did create them. Without him, there would be no X-Men. But, when the maker of the X-Men movies (which wouldn't be around without the X-Men) comes along, he gets the 'presents' title, shunning Stan Lee out of Ultimate X-Men.

Well, my point exactly... This all comes back to the fact that he's full of himself, which he shouldn't be. This not only seperates Lee from the UXM but it seperates UXM from the other Ultimate titles, which are presented by Lee, too. I don't get it.
