Short description of the AoS season finale:

Now that Hydra has revealed themselves and S.H.I.E.L.D. has been disbanded, Coulson and his team are on their own to take down the now-missing Clairvoyant. But how will they react when they learn Ward is actually a member of Hydra planted in their group? The finale will address Ward's true allegiances as well as answer questions about Skye's lineage, who's controlling Deathlok and what the Clairvoyant wants with Coulson. "We think the audience is waiting for a showdown between Coulson's team and Garrett's team and they're going to get a satisfying payoff to that epic conclusion," executive producer Jeffrey Bell says, hinting there could be other sleepers. "If they win, it comes at a price." Plus: Nick Fury returns!

This makes me wonder if
Garrett is actually the Clairvoyant or just acting as a red herring for the actual Clairvoyant
. And who's controlling Deathlok? And guess we learn about Skye's parents (is May her mother? Is Coulson her father?). And just who is Ward working for after all (could he be an agent of S.W.O.R.D.?).

I just want to know what the hell is going on with Coulson. Especially after May revealed Fury wasn't in charge of T.A.H.I.T.I.

Agreed. And they won't find out if they'll have a second season until a few days before the season finale airs. So if there are any plot lines left unanswered and they don't get a second season that'll suck.

Also, they just said Triplett was the grandson of a Howling Commando, likely Gabriel Jones. That was a cool nod.

Call me crazy but I think I like the quieter episodes like this one. The action packed ones are nice, but I like seeing the characters interact and play off each other.

Next episode looks like the one I've been waiting for since they announced Talbot. WOO!

Also this was the first time I watched it live and now I remember why I don't do that. How on Earth do people deal with commercials? Kills any and all tension and they're so dumb and annoying.

Edge of my seat the whole time. Lola falling from the sky was awesome. Shocking twist ending. So much to wrap up in two episodes. I'm nervous.

That was pretty cool. Kind of cheesy in a way, too, but in a good way. A certain small element of the comic book world weirdness should shine through beyond just super powered individuals.

And yeah, there is a lot to wrap up, but I'm sure they'll answer most of the glaring questions. We know Fury comes back in the finale so I'm sure Coulson will be asking questions about his time leading the TAHITI project, as well as what other possible effects the Kree blood may have on him and Skye.

Also, the fact it drives recipients of the GH325 serum insane without a memory wipe or whatever means some bad stuff for Skye (and possibly Coulson depending on how well his memory was wiped).

I liked it a lot too.

I don't know how I feel about Ward though. If he's going to be bad, make him bad. As it is, he's kind of wishy washy.
Did Garret say he could feel the universe? What's up with that?
I liked the Brand Corporation easter egg in the Cybertek file room.
I wonder if they'll wrap up Skye's story in the next episode.

The bit about Skye's parents was interesting. I'm hoping they'll reveal that in next week's finale, though given AoS getting a second season is pretty much a sure thing I can see them dangling some reveals until next season. We should find out by next week whether it's officially getting a second season, but it's pretty much guaranteed.
