Yeah I understand, They have to use that alot to fill in the 24 hours.
I was trying to remeber which season di what so here's a list. I didnt like season 3 until they got out of Mexico, it really picks up after that, Season 4 was the best.

1. Presidential assignation, Baurer family kidnapping
2. Nuclear bomb, fake info leading to war
3. Virus scare
4. Secretary kidnapping
5. Next Season

I don't mind if they do it again if done cool. What I liked in season 4 was the one traitor gets killed in hour three out of no where. Youd expected them to milk it alot more than they did.

I dont know how season 4 could bore you. I loved that one. Any other one I can understand becuase a few hours were crappy but I was so into season 4.

Saw the preview last night. Is Kiefer getting skinnier? Also caught some of Season 1 on A&E the other day (don't know why; I own the DVDs), and I noticed how much more alive and young he used to look. These all nighters are really getting to him! Either that or the cigarettes. :wink: (Sutherland's a heavy smoker)

I thought last season he went over the border, but in the ad, they zoom into him getting a call on his cell, and from the map, it looks like he's just in California somewhere. So.. ?


Also, won't the 4th ep of this season be #100? This show was NOT meant for syndacation. :) Unless of course, viewed in order.

I remember seeing on the news that while they were filming, they had the wildfire scare. But luckily, it never reached them.

Yeah but who knows hhow much time passes he could sneak pass the border to see his daughter. I want to know whats so big that bring a off the grind man to light.

24: Season 5

OMFG!!!!!!

Anyone not watching this show should be violently kidnapped in the middle of the night....dressed as a sad clown....castrated in the middle of Time Square for all to see....then stoned to death by Purple Giraffe Beenie Babies with stones and thumbtacks tied/taped to them!!!!! It makes "Lost" look like dinner theatre performed by 6 year old retarded amputees.



Ok....maybe a bit extreme....but yeah--it's that good.


I missed Season 4 because I was in Iraq......but with it's release on DVD last week---I'm catching up. My overly excited geekness isn't being helped with preview teasers for Season 5 starting in January.



But on a side note---how many bad days does Special Agent Jack "Too Bad-*** For You and Yo Daddy" Bauer need to have before he realizes that maybe it just sucks to be him and he should call it quits on life...................or at least just take a job at Dunkin Donuts??? :lol:

Yeah considering 4th season was the best season of the show.

Just nonstop action all the way through at the end of each episode I was at the edge of my seat. The best thing was getting rid of the same stories they used with other seasons like Kim or that ***** Mia. It pretty much was just Jack. And theres always a reason he is at the center.

I really hate hearing that "How many bad days can he have?" when he is a ctu agent he's always gonna have a bad day, specially when

Specially when I screw up, when he has some purpose for being in the middle. since he's an agent he has numerous ties and info for use (which is a major point at the end of season 4) So when things get desperate they'll call him not matter where he is cause he is the man for the job.
