Jup, that's the fella. All time Jeopardy champion, and a human in the UU. I don't think he has a costume since he's only a junior at the school and not part of any public team. (given his abilities it's safe to assume he won't be saving cats from trees)

Hulk hasn't been killed for his sins. They tried, but, hey...

All the clues gathered plus a new one. If no one get it, I'll have to give the answer in a day or so.

  • I have powers but they are not mutant, mystical or technological

  • One of my associate has a name that is almost a razor brand

Best guess yet. But he did appear in more than one scene and none of his associate have a name that is almost a razor brand.

Oh, and let's just give a final clue to make sure someone gets it.

  • He had a good lawyer

Now if somebody doesn't get it by tomorrow, I swallow my comic collection.

The answer was Bruce Greenwood.

That's the guy that Punisher shot through the window while he was confessing to Matt Murdock in UTU 7 or 8. The main villain was named Jilette (almost a razor brand). He secrewed over his friend and partner (Frank Castke). He died for his sins. He carried a weapon. He had the "power of the law" and he appeared in only one scene.

You would think I'd had got that one. I Just reread that one week ago. I've decided to reread every thing. From the beginning. And I'm about half way done.
