Oh, come on. That to be Shocker. Shocker was taken down twice by Spider-Man, and the third time by Kitty Pryde.

You forgot about when Peter and Logan switched Bodies. They both took down the shocker. When Logan and Peter were arguing. Logan (in Peter's Body) Webbed lined the Shocker pulled him to them and Peter (in Logan's body) stuck his arm out and knock the Shocker out cold.

I kinda remember him being named definitely in the Hollywood arc, if not his first appearance.

I think. I could be wrong. But Harry also calls him Doc Ock way back in the first arc.

Green Goblin/Norman Osborne!!

I don't remember a single character ever calling him Green Goblin; he's appeared 3 times, including Ultimate Six; although I can't quite remember, I think he was taken down by one of the Ultimates in USix, and the other two times, Spidey beat him.

I thought they did so I looked it up. And in Ultimate Spider-Man #22. Peter says "Aaaagghh!! I knew this would happen I knew it! You don't just get powers like these-- Everything comes back to bite you. Harry's Dad knows I'm Spider-Man. He knows!! And I don't care what Harry thinks-- that goblin thing that trashed our school was his dad." So he did call him a goblin. But not the Green Goblin. So you could be right.
