Yeah, you had the dates wrong on the game, which created slight confusion. I probably wouldnt have had mine done by midnight tonight, Im just saying.

And although I love the GLA, this was a hard one to do. I mean, the GLA have already been ultimized with the Ulitmate Defenders... Which makes an original GLA ultimization very hard. Props to MWoF though, his was really good.

:arrgh: I completely blew it. I have an idea that's probably better and more suited for the Ultimate Universe (although very identical to my own submission). I'll tell you what it is after a winner's been announced.

Cool. Anyway, My new idea is that Great Lake Avengers is an editorial in the newspaper parodying the Ultimates. Sort've a political thing. Maybe brought up by Kong.

Whatever... when do I post the new challenge?

I liked it. I thought it was a good idea too. Unfortunately... I don't think that's really "ultimizing" a character as much as giving another culture a similar hero. They don't call "Le Père Noël" in France "Ultimate Santa Claus"

I'm pretty sure we did Abomination as well, because Bass did that in-depth summary thing. But I'm not sure if that was part of The Leader or not...

There wasn't an Abomination. I'm sure of it. I think he was rumored and one of the rules was no ultimizing anything that is rumored because it would hinder the creativity of the entry a bit. And I remember thinking that 14 was the number we hit when I said to lock it up because I thought it was a shame we didn't hit 15.

Mine's done. Dang Fear, that was interesting! Mine is about S.H.I.E.L.D. It was supposed to be Falcon's first run as a C.O. By the way DSF, that Spidey type story was awsome.
