I have to agree Spidey isnt dead. We dont see him dead, just a ripped up mask. I read the preview and don't think even Loeb could have made a death that bad.

UIM was actually readable from a story standpoint.

Ultimatum is not.

Card is a good writer. His UIM was a bit lackluster but, like TOG said, still readable and enjoyable. Loeb just flat out sucks now and why you defend him is beyond me. Also you used the wrong "allowed."

Ultimatum is just atrocious. It's some of the worst work from a writer who's mediocre at his best and hellacious bad at his worst.

UIM is pretty terrible too, but it's still better than Ultimatum. It's some terrible work from a loud-mouthed bigot who occasionally turns out interesting stuff.
