Dexter and Twin Peaks are the two shows I'm planning on getting into over the Strike period... We'll see what happens though.
Ooh, Twin Peaks, good one.
*adds to mental list*
Yeah, but MacFarlane also provides voices for the three main characters. How would you feel if you were a fan of a show and suddenly everyone sounded completely different?
But Fox are well in the right to do that. Plus at least it guarantees this strike wont effect that show. Which even though I don't like family guy is a good thing as too much has been effected by this stupid strike.
More people should do this. Just bring in other writers who are not on strike to finish off and show the idiots striking you are not going to give in because they pull a stunt like this
You mean like dbz did when cartoon network here switched dubs from funanimation to ocean?
A few shows I like have changed voice actors , sure it's weird but you get use to it. Doesn't bother me at all.

The anime or the live-action film?If you like Dexter, you should watch Death Note.

It's going to affect the show. It's main writer and creator isn't doing the voices or the writing. Family Guy's success is directly tied to MacFarlane.
I don't care much for Family Guy, but that makes no sense. It would effect the show not actually having a show due to strike. So either would effect. Actually giving you fans something is better than been bullied by the strike in to not having anything at all though

That's like saying it's okay for James Bond and Star Trek to be crap rather than have no James Bond and Star Trek at all.
Exactly.Same line of thinking that keeps the Simpsons on air
