Lost *spoilers*

Asked about the fact that each season only seems to cover just a few weeks of time, Lindelof responded with, "You're making a basic assumption that they've been there as long as [the characters] think they've been there," and hinted that perception may be changed in season 3.

They should've gotten the guy from SWAT... "I WILL GIVE ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS TO WHOEVER GETS ME OUT OF HERE!" You know, THAT guy. :)
 
Some more (minor) news on the Lost action figures from McFarlane Toys out of the SDCC, due out in November. If you want to check out some pics of the other figures (besides Charlie, which has been viewable on the Spawn.com website since the announcement of these figures in May) you can make them out in the background during the video presentation. Watch the end of the second and the beginning of the third for the info on the Lost figures/set.

An Other, no doubt. Her character's name is Juliet.

On an unrelated note, I just bought Issue 6 of the Lost Magazine, the 100 page megaspecial, and they interview virtually everyone from the show you can think of, plus Damon, plus many many sweet articles. But only consider buying if you are a total Lost junkie, because it's ten bucks. (Worth every penny, IMO. :crazy: )
 
It should be a good season, I'm sure... Especially because we're getting to know the Others a bit more. I think that's the best way to go now that there is a lot out in the open.

Agreed. And I'm sure it'll happen in the final season, but some more light shed on why the island is the way it is (or at least why the Others think it is the way it is) would be nice as well, especially after the confirmation of the button having validity and not just being some test.

Either way, I'll be watching.

Agreed. The only (full-size) figure I'm not completely blown away by is Kate (all the other figures look exactly like their real-life counterparts...hers seems to be lacking for some reason...maybe its a lack of freckles...or maybe the photo of that figure only makes it look that way, I'll await final judgement till I see it in person). The rest are spot-on, though, (especially Locke, Jack, Charlie and Hurley...hell, even Shannon's looks just like her).

I'll definitly be picking up all six full size figures in November.

By the way, Desmond has been asked to be a regular... And he has played Jesus before!

Actually, he knew he was going to be a S3 regular when he finished filming the S2 finale. But it wasn't until last week or the week before that they officially announced that he (Henry Ian Cusick) and Henry Gale (Michael Emerson) would be S3 regulars instead of guest stars.
