Re: How I Met Your Mother (discussion)

Next week's episode:

Dowisetrepla

Re: How I Met Your Mother (discussion)

October 31 is Barnacle's birthday, so I went to his myspace and give a shout out.

Re: How I Met Your Mother (discussion)

Some news, my awesome friends.

First, next week's episode:

Spoiler Alert

When Ted thinks he has met a wonderful girl, the gang can't help but point out a deal-breaking flaw, eventually leading to a heated exchange of barbs among the group.

- I actually love that "Spoiler Alert" is the title of the episode. It's been funny when they've used it on the show. It works.

Second, after the episode on November 26th, the following new episode will air December 10th. So we'll have the first week break in between episodes.

Third, the title for the next few episodes:

Season 3 Episode 9: "Slapsgiving"
Date: November 19, 2007

Season 3 Episode 10: "The Yips"
Date: November 26, 2007

Season 3 Episode 11: "The Platinum Rule"
Date: December 10th, 2007

Ladies and gentlemen. What may be the best episode this season yet-

Next week's episode:

Slapsgiving

As Lily and Marshall host their first Thanksgiving as a married couple, Barney is tortured by the tick-tock of the slap bet countdown clock and the uncertainty of the exact moment the slap is going to be delivered.

I don't think this one can top the second slap. It was prefect.

Re: How I Met Your Mother (discussion)

No. No, no, no, no, no, no. HIMYM, you can't do this to me. No. No, no, no, no, no, no.

How many times must we revisit the whole Ted/Robin thing? I mean, okay, I liked the tension and all that about how they were 'getting along' with each other after the break up, but what happened afterwards in Robin's apartment? NO!

That was my only gripe about the episode. Everything else was great. How Marshall kept slipping in "Slapsgiving" in the beggining of the episode. Ted's jokes about Bob (hilarious). The whole Major/General/etc. joke (which I will now start doing. SWEET).

And Marshall even wrote a song about the third slap! I loved it! And here's a music video on it, too!

I'm going to be a sad boy now that we only have two episodes left. Next week's and December 10th's episode.

And speaking of following episodes, here's next week episode:

The Yips

When Barney loses his "mojo," he attends the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after-party to get back on track, but his smooth operating skills are tested when he meets Heidi Klum. Guest stars Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Marisa Miller, Selita Ebanks.

A Barney ensentric (sp?) episode. This should be good! :D

Well I mean it's not like they'll get together right away.
True. And even if we do see who will be the mother, they won't say right away. I mean, we know for sure it isn't Robin. And for all we know, Victoria could be in the running if they bring her back (2008- her 2 years in Germany ends), but that's just a thought.

Either way, whether or not we see who the mother is, we're not gonna find out anytime soon. The creators said they'll try to have a couple seasons of the show before everything is revealed.
