Re: Heroes *Spoilers*
Really enjoying the show... how the pieces are gradually coming together, the sly winks to the comic book genre (and its fans) which are incorporated into each episode, etc. A couple of questions ...
> Has it been established - as opposed to suggested - that Claire's adoptive father, the man with the glasses, is clearly "up to no good"? Clearly, the suggestion is there - his scenes are shot to suggest a sense of menace, his mind-wiping colleague is presented in a menacing way, his comments to the geneticist's son (I am having a TERRIBLE time keeping name's straight on the show, with a few exceptions - apologies!) were troubling, etc, etc... but I am not sure we have seen him DO anything which is clearly, unambiguously EVIL, per se (unless I am falling victim to my not so reliable memory here! *S*). Plainly, he has a secret agenda. But... the "mindwipe" of the cop appears to have been pretty minimal, he did NOT kill the geneticist's son, he did not kill the high school rapist (guess we can argue about whether the complete mindwipe there was evil or not!), and so forth....
> Interesting (as noted above) that the "mimic" did not need drugs to access Isaac's "prophetic powers"... suggesting (as also noted above) that Isaac himself may not NEED them, as he now believes he does...
> I enjoyed the flight effects in last night's show (the "sonic boom" cloud-ring was a nice touch!) - realize budget limitations will keep things from getting TOO "showy", but that scene (IMHO) worked nicely!
