Heroes seasons 1 & 2 series discussion [spoilers]

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

So considering Claire and West...

Incest finally comes to Heroes?

It's about damn time.

Uh...I almost forgot Claire was biologically Nathan's daughter. And if West is Nathan's son, it proves further Nathan has women in every zip code. Ahhh, Nathan Petrelli, dead-beat super-hero dad!
I've pointed this out since we first saw West flying, you'd think that would cross her mind

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Now the interesting thing... does this mean HRG is dead, long live Noah Bennet? As the blood should heal his eyesight as well?

I said the exact same thing somewhere. Might have been in an earlier post in a spoiler tag. Or on another forum. Still, I think it's likely. Especially considering Jack Coleman doesn't wear glasses in real life. Plus, it's symbolic.

I wonder about that, cause I think eye sight is more of a genetic thing. But he still would need a pair cause one bad eye would still need the lens.

Well, that's the point though, isn't it? Wouldn't Claire's blood heal his other eye in addition to regrowing the eye that was shot? I guess we'll see.

Precisely!

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Honestly, I wouldn't have quoted him if I hadn't known what he was referencing. It's from the one episode of The Man Show that I've actually seen. (What are the odds, right?)

Plus, as just another clarifier, Bernardin himself is African-American.

(I know you're joking moony, but I'm just trying to post more, so... :) )

It would be funny if none of the other characters recognize him with out the glasses.

But eye problems are genetic. They're supposed to be that way; it's in his genetic code. Although Adam's immortality sort of proves that the healing factor can fix problems inherent in cells, rather than just regrowing destroyed cells.

You know I asked a question about that a while ago and no one had an answer

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

ARGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn it! Why do they have to cut right at the good part?

Well another good episode, I like the flash back, Sylar is a scheming bastard again. Micah got to punch the ***** of a cousin.

Things I hate is Suresh putting his absolute faith in everyone he meets, Micah's female cousin get kidnap when I recall her mimicking Bruce Lee (is it only temporary?), and emo Bennet family when Noah's gonna appear in the next episode.

Well, I'm pretty sure Monica got captured because the guys had guns. Even Bruce Lee wouldn't put up a fight against six guys with guns.

As far as the episode goes. . .another meh. It felt much more like the beginning of the season then the last few episodes. However, hopefully, everything will come to a head next episode since it's the last one until the strike ends.

As for next week, I'm really surprised to see Noah out and about already. It just feels way too soon. Also, two Heroes will fall? Well, I'm pretty sure one of them is going to be Nikki. She's never been a favorite and has been kind of scarce this season anyways. Plus, tonight's episode put her on track to go rescue Monica and Micah anyways. As for the other. . .who knows? I want to say Nathan, but the preview seems to put him back in the political spotlight. I'm going to guess Maya, since Sylar seems to get his powers back and Maya hasn't really been popular anyways. Here's hoping to a good Season (?) Finale.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

Good episode. Baaaad dialogue.

"So that's why Clark Kent wears those glasses!".... DERP!

"I've done that and that and that.... but this hurts".....DERRRRP!

The fact that Hayden actually pulled that line off while forcing herself to cry shows how good of an actress she is.

Still, good episode. West is better still, and even the M&the-late-A's storyline has been kicked into way high gear by Sylar. I'm looking forward to seeing Peter and Adam have a huge showdown.

"There can only be....ONE!"

Yeah, I actually was glad when Alejandro was killed. He was seriously getting annoying (Despite being right about Sylar). I actually think it'd be kind of interesting if Sylar and Maya hooked up and became an evil team. But, I really get the feeling that Sylar's going to be taking Maya's power.

As for West, he's kind of growing on me. He's not a douche anymore thanks to his heart-to-heart with Noah. I still think he needs acting lessons, though.

As for Adam and Peter, I hope so. But, I have a feeling one of the other Heroes is going to be responsible to taking Adam down. However, I don't think they're going to kill him yet. I think his character has yet to be developed to its full potential.

I hated those lines the Clark Kent one really pisses me off that whole part had me yelling "OH REALLY!" Who do they think watches this? Are there really anyone out there who doesn't get the secret identity thing?

Also the other line, I see why they have it, its a really good line but no one could pull it off. Should of just left it out. That whole grieving just felt boring and stupid

I love that they are pointing out the weakness in the immortals, it just feels like they've ignoring that. Also Highlander, always a plus.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I actually would prefer Monica to die over West. She's far more annoying at this point, and Sylar with her powers would be incredible. It's the only way we'll get a huge sword fight between him and Hiro, which I have just decided I want to see.

Re: Heroes *Spoilers*

I liked the episode a whole lot. It actually seems like we're going somewhere now. Nice.

As for next episode? Wow. 2 people are going to die? Hopefully it'll be Monica. Me no likey.
