I guess that means so far Kingpin, Bullseye and Owl are going to testify against Matt, hopefully those won't be the only villains who testify.

I thought it was just number 1. I know that they've solicited 1 and 2 in august, with 1 being a directors cut and 2 being a standard issue.
 
I belive they are rereleasing # 1 as a director's cut, but # 2 hasn't come out yet, so expcet that soon.

think about it, why would the kingpin need evidence of something that has been common knowledge in the series for a while now....daredevil will get his secret identity back...bendis cant leave the series and cause the next guy behind him to have to write stories that way....
 
I don't want Daredevil to get his secret identity back and besides The Murdock Papers ends long after HoM does. And Daredevil is doing squat in HoM why would he get his identity back? There isn't even a subplot involving him anywhere in the house. Murdock being outed as something being left to the next writer would probably be the best and most interesting thing about the title.
