I mostly remember her as Old Lady Hackmore from Ernest Scared Stupid (Ernest was awesome:)). That movie scared the **** out of me when I was a kid, but not because of Eartha Kitt, but because of Trantor the ****ing Troll. No way is that a kid's movie.

Yzma was basically drawn in her likeness. And I totally forgot that she played Catwoman.

But I totally did not know that Eartha Kitt was also the lady who sang "Santa Baby."

What bothers me, knowing several epileptics, I know a lot of anti-seizure medicines are originally created as anti-psychosis drug. With Scientology's stance on the medicinal drug industry/medical industry and the rumors of his epilepsy being untreated, makes me wonder why these people aren't hit with child endangerment charges.

because taking medication isn't mandatory. They could be charged with neglect but I don't think there would be CPS knocking on the door.

Actually, treating your minor child IS mandatory, hence the laws on the books, and the prosecution of Christian Scientist parents for trying to heal their children with prayer.

Depending on the state (in which legislation continuously fluxes), the child needs parents consent and only the courts can override that decision if deemed necessary. And even if one is on medcation, they still hold the right to waive or refuse. Same goes with children unless guardians or courts deem it a necessity.

Well, guess what, the state in which this child held residence, it's a felony with a possible 10 year prison term.

EDIT: It also hit me that this argument is moot.

1. It happened in the Bahamas.

2. As far as anyone knows, he konked his head somewhere in the bathroom and fell over. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died. It's not exactly due to bad parenting or the fault on choice of religious prayer over proper medication.
