52 Series Discussion (spoilers!)

The latest issue involved Steel storming through Lexcorp (Lexcorp is so stupid. It should be Luthorcorp. Who names a company after their first name?). It ****ing ruled.

Yeah. It was a good ending to the Luthor/Steel storyline, which was one of my least favorite of the bunch.

It's just a shame we didn't get to see more Teen Titans action.

I just read this theory on another forum stating how easily DC could have screwed us over...

Imagine 52 #52 finishes. The missing year is now complete. Except it's not. All of the One Year Later titles are actually taking place one year after 52 ends, not Infinite Crisis.

The only problem with this is that the big Countdown thing would be contained in the book counting down from 52, and hasn't really affected the OYL books... so I don't think it's going to happen.

This gives me a headache and inspires me to wave signs with catchy phrases on them until DC adheres to my demands.

I don't think that's going to happen. So far, they've established that it's been about 10 years since Batman and Superman started their careers. I doubt they'll just be throwing away time left and right.

Oh well. The return of the Mutiverse is enough of a reason for me to make the signs. Because everyone knows that passive protests are the best way to get your message across.

I'm interested in Orisis going to to the Rock of Eternity...

You know I really like the whole 52 thing, it reminds me of Lost how they have all these storyline and plot that some how interconnect and there's a whole mystery with clue laid out that will make sense. Its very smart and you wonder why Marvel can't do anything this clever

Because Queseda, Bendis and Loeb don't need clever.

Does anyone else think that
the Helmet of Fate is actually Felix Faust trying to grab some powerful artifacts with Ralph's help?

I don't know. The thing's definitely got sinister intentions. And even before he got the helmet, there was that figure standing in the shadows, back when he broke up the resurrection cult.

I'm still thinking Ralph was supposed to die in the Crisis, like Kyle, Donna and Dick, which would make his shadow a Monitor.
