Lockjaw is Krystal from the Inhumans' dog. He's huge and has the power to teleport. The ultimate version appeared only once in UFF annual #1.

And Krystal has a line where she says "Poor little Lockjaw. Everyone thinks you're such an awful ogre, but you're really just a great, big puppy, aren't you?"
