The guy that was robing banks in a spider-man costume. When Peter stopped him he was shouting "i'm just some guy!"

And he's a pretty big point of contention for me. No way just some guy could build webshooters, throw people through a bank teller window (guaranteed to be bulletproof in new york), hell, the only thing I think he could have done was gottena spider-man costume.
