- I'm a supporting character in the Superman family.
- I lost my super powers following Crisis on Infinite Earths, but I still occassionally appear.
- I have been on one super team.
- A variation of me (with a somewhat different origin and powers) appears in a currently ongoing DC show.

Lady Shiva, with Richard Dragon up there too. Of course if Batman ever fought either he'd win. but thats because Batman doesn't lose. Editiorial demands and whatnot.
 
I would put about ten people at the top of the list as the greatest fighters in the DCU, and I mean fighting in the traditional sense, as in, they don't need superpowers to be a great fighter.

Shiva (now Jade Canary), Batman, and Richard Dragon would all be on that list.
