My AP US History teacher is also awesome. He basically teaches history from the perspective of the oppressed, so his curriculum is the nightmare of every right wing conservative who thinks that schools are indoctrinating children with liberal ideas. Cuz' our class totally is.

We're doing a WWI war games thing this week. It's insanely intense and insanely fun. Our country has just formed an alliance with two other countries in order to defeat our big enemy, and we're secretly funding a violent rebellion in a country to the South of us (Teddy Roosevelt/Panama-style)
