New to the forum. I'm looking for help creating a few characters. I'm hoping to find a cheap iPad or laptop compatible app that would take a paper doll approach. Basically choose a head shape, then eyes, hats, hair, ears etc. Also, have a body creation portion. Coats, shirts, pants etc. I find some but 99% are Manga or anime. I'm looking for more Gravity Falls, Teen Titans Go stuff. Any help? Nothing big I don't have much by way of computing power or space. Hopefully lots to choose from. Trying to create a kids educational comic. Just looking to get a beta version of the characters.

The term I see for various cartoon body types are called "character bases".
I am uncertain about an app, but Googling "Gravity Falls character base" will give you that part you are looking for.
I do recommend a free art program called Krita. It is 100% legit and works the closest to Photoshop for art & editing needs.
