Machine of Death looks interesting. It's a collection of anthologies by various creators (mostly from webcomics) about the central theme that a machine that tells you how you are going to die, but not when or where.
So in March, Daisy Owl spontaneously stopped updating right after starting a new arc, the forum section vanished and all the comments on every single comic on the site were deleted(thousands of them, many gems). After a few months of nothing, Ben Driscoll posted something on the Cracked forums about how he didn't realize that quitting his job to do the webcomic full-time would turn it from a hobby into a job(!), that demands for updates were too high, and mailing all those t-shirts and posters was too strenuous, so he's gone back to work as a programmer and might start doing it again at some point in the future. That was July, and still no new comics.
