Ultimate Central: The Fanfic - volume 6

Well, been a few weeks, but I just read 46 and 47.

The Doc Comic one was freakin' hilarious. And I loved the ending:

And so DJF and his main squeeze, Betty Jane Darrow did live happily ever after.

Until DJF dumped her.

The Slimjim issue was simply amazing. The philosophical questions raised were great. I mean, what if anyone could be brought back? The consequences of that.... Well, the issue pretty much covered it ;).

Nice issue Bass, felt a tad rushed compared to the others, like yougot halfway through the story then decided just to finish it, because the whole ManWihtoutFear issue seemed sort of rushed, kinda tossed in feel to it.

As for the Doc Comic issue, I'm in talks with Bass to do a sort of filler issue between 49 and 50, a 49.5 type of issue concerning Doc Comic and Moonmaster.

What is the GAY AGENDA? Force everyone to watch "Brokeback Mountain" and ask them if they have any "funny feelings" afterwards? Assassinate Jerry Fallwell?

I need to join Captain Sensation and cause as much anarchy and chaos as possible before finally being banned. It sounds so ... beautiful.

That's really not what happened. The whole MWOF issue was supposed to be this kind of subtext and I wanted it to be very innocuous and quiet.

However, I agree. The whole thing was a little rushed. I kinda wanted to just 'get it done'. But to me, the only thing I didn't rush was MWOF. :lol:

I don't have access to a scanner here in Beirut, so I'm waiting to see if I can get access to one to upload the covers for each issue. :(

In any case, I have decided to downplay the "Captain's Sensation" aspect of #48 and thus, I'm changing the title to...

TOG'S MIGHTY PLAN OF DOOM​

It's the same story, it's a better title, and it's more appropriate of what the story is about. I mean, I had the title, "The Sensation of the Captain" picked out before I even started to write #40. I'm surprised I didn't change it before now. :)
