Although I enjoy the compliments - I haven't taken UC in a 'direction'.

I can imagine that...the French accent is tough, but do-able.

I would disagree. Things have happened (pretty major things also might I add), so you've therefore started to embark the UC on whatever direction you plan on taking it in. Between the Avatars becoming celebrities and Ourchair and Compound's secret plot, I'd say thats most definitly a "direction" the fic is going in. And I'm enjoying every minute of it.

I'd say that by exploring the world in the first issue, you've really expanded the separation between our world and the Ultimate Central Fan Fic Universe... and by playing around with the Internet physics in your second issue, you've really have started to help define the worlds in which our characters live.

In essence, you're building the universe...

that's direction.

It would be really awesome if you were literally suggesting that the public would be picking out the bones of one of the heroes...

Like, brutally murdering them.

That'd be funny in that Me sort of way.

I don't even know what you mean by *sexes*.

I should point out I've written 7-issues worth of material. #40 was 5.5 issues and #41 was 1.5 - that's 7-issues of material.

So... it's not so horrific.

And besides, considering how much I hate hype, it's only fitting that my run (complete with super duper uber #50 - it changes everything, and I mean it!) is the most over-hyped fanfiction this forum has ever seen.
