Don't worry, Hawkeye will probably somehow come back eventually, maybe not right away, but no matter how much they say it, dead doesn't necessarily mean dead in ANY comic book, or any other form of fictional storytelling for that matter. Not saying its definitly going to happen, but I'd be surprised if it never did.
