What is the deal with the Millar/Hitch Fantastic 4 Omnibus? Was it delayed? I know Amazon's Omnibus stock is screwed up but my preorder email said to expect it around 2/12. I can't find it listed on Barnes & Noble's site or Borders...

By the way, I don't know if this is a gradual return or if it's just a matter of certain books having never been unavailable, but I'm seeing a number of Marvel hardcovers listed as either available or available for preorder back on Amazon.
