Johnny Cage (Mortal Kombat)- Winner of the last Mortal Kombat tournament. Refuses to talk about the circumstances in which he won.
John McClaine (Die Hard)- FBI Liason. Ever since the events of Live Free or Die Hard, was promoted into the FBI. He know serves on the team. Field Team Leader
Gary "Two Ton" Twentyone (Venture Bros)- Working for Monarch never agreed with him after his friends death, Gary joined Sphinx, and they placed him on the team as a mole. Weapon specialist.
Mae "Maeby" Funke (Arrested Development)- A perfect con artist, Maeby can blend into any environment and situation. Working off a prison sentence for her family.
Calvin (Calvin and Hobbes)- Legendary scientific creator, Calvin and his robotic lab assistant (H.O.B.B.E.S) design all the tech for the team.

I tried to being in one member of popular media, Video Game, Movie, Cartoon, TV and Comic.

I figure the team could bring in specialists in other areas depending on what they need for certain missions. I have this hilarious scene between Dexter, Calvin and Stewie as they each try to one up each other in designing a gadget for a particular mission.

Nathan Drake (Uncharted) - Treasure hunter, karmic punching bag. His skills with security systems and his knowledge of history and cultures makes him valued.

Remo Williams (The Destroyer) - Hardened killer, he's there to do things other people won't. (also, wanted to avoid Bond and Bourne)

Dean Venture (Venture Brothers) - Escaping his father's legacy of failure and excelling once in college, he's reached the level of success of his grandfather and uncle.

Desmond Miles (Assassin's Creed) - Leader, gathering the best of the best to take on the Templars and a coming danger.

Hermione Granger (Harry Potter) - Witch, intellectual, bit of a know it all.

Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter) - Witch, Hermione's bookend, she goes everywhere Hermione goes.

Selene (Underworld) - Vampire, princess of the Vampire Clans.
