Didn't **** any of those *****es
I just figured they didn't have enough resources to watch every single part of the road with all the tracking blocking they had to do. Plus remember there still are dirty cops. I bet the truck was being used as a road block on the street they were suppose to pass and blew it up quite recently. The thing that got me was why didn't they just drove on the other side of the road. I mean traffic was block both ways. They could have avoided the tunnel all together, flaming truck or no.I've never understood how Maroni's driver never sees Two-Face get into the back of the car. Or how the Joker manages to get a burning fire truck blocking half of the street (forcing the police escort containing Dent to go down to the streets below). Surely the route would be monitored by all sorts of cops. There's no way he would have been able to do that.
There's a pretty good list I have of stuff that doesn't make sense in this movie...I still like it though.
Yeah, there's plenty of logistic flaws in the film. My biggest gripe comes from the opening scene:
How is the Joker able to back a schoolbus truck into a bank without anyone noticing? THEN, able to just randomly pull into the middle of a schoolbus convoy with perfect timing.....from the front of the bank....and nobody questions it?!?!?! The bus driver behind him didn't notice the bus coming from the bank with dust and dirt flying from the top????
I assumed all the school buses were in on it. Like Joker just bribed or blatantly took a bunch of school buses and have them cover the crashing into the bank. Sure people would have heard it but without clear sight and their minds focused on rush hour no one probably would have investigated. Plus with a dozen school buses by the time any cop would have gotten their they would have spread across the city with enough time for the Joker to move the one with money to a more discreet vehicle.
