What the hell? How are you guys able to afford so many current gen games that you haven't had the chance to play through them yet?
No. If it were backwards compatible I would but since it's not I have no compelling reason to get one. I'll wait until there are enough games I want.

These are all games I own that I have not played yet. I have started or in the middle of some of them. Not to mention the dozen games that I still want to do more in or replay for trophies. And I just bought Assassin's Creed 4, Knack, and Lego Marvel for my PS4.

I need to quit both my jobs and drop out of school and ignore my school life to play them I think.
ToG's list is vastly greater than my own backlog, and I feel like I don't have near enough time to finish everything that I have. Instead, I find that I often just have to give up on completing some things, and save what time I do have for the games that I really, really want to play. I think that list right now is probably something like:
Mass Effect 3 DLC
Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare
Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon
Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate
Killzone Mercenary
God of War III (and possibly Ascension?)

Wow...that list is longer than I expected. To get through all of those it'd probably take me a good 6 months or so (I don't get much in the way of gaming time between work, commuting, cleaning house/yard work, hanging out with friends, etc). A lot of that stuff isn't even released yet though, so for the stuff that is it'd be more like 3-4 months.
I don't get into gaming like a lot of you, and I tend to favor simpler games. After I'm done with GTAV (whever that may be) I plan on picking up The Last Of Us. Super Mario 3D World also looks great. Eventually I'll pick up Super Luigi Wii U as well.

So I'm buying myself Arkham Origins and it's Initiation DLC for Christmas, as well as a few Xbox Live Gift Cards so I can download the Mass Effect 3 - Citadel DLC and The Wolf Among Us - Episode 1 (Fables video game).
So that's a few knocked off the list. Over the next year I'll slowly buy and get through the rest before looking into buying an Xbox One.
Then sometime in 2015 or 2016 I'll jump into StarCraft II and it's expansion, before it's second expansion comes out. I'm still only halfway through Brood War and am going through the series chronologically, so have a bunch of novels, comics, and short stories to read along the way.

That'd probably be the smart thing to do, but screw it. I don't want to wait 6 months to a year to play it. I'll just buy any DLC piece-meal so I can play it sooner.
