right but thats the beginning of the movie, i mean once venom kills carnage and eddie goes on the run is there anything saying he cant have been in hiding until
At the beginning of the film it is reported on a news broadcast that Mulligan had just died and Eddie Brock is on the run right after the events of LTBC. I honestly don't see TLD taking place more than a couple of days after LTBC.
I just hate retcons man, the Venom films can't stop retconning themselves

a stupid joke about christmas which either still could have been applicable if it was early november or he could have still called her christmas without it having to be a gag
When I saw no way home for the first time I was so happy to see garfield part of it. Now of course Tobey was included yes but man considering how hard garfield had it with the amazing spider man films and how they didn't reach potenrtial and i felt like garfield was redeemed in no way home. I wish he was in MCU full time where holland is and could have had such a big role but given garfield's age now and more i don't think he'll make more spider man roles. I'm always gonna be grateful for his role as spider man even if tobey did it first.
I'm rewatching LTBC and there's both Football and Basketball games on tv fitting with late October/early November. The actual movie clearly has more evidence for that time period, so I'm willing to ignore the July line. Obviously it's just Sony not paying attention to their own timeline.

I agree I haven't gotten around to actually watching the last dance yet I'm completely ignoring the July line just like that weird line in Jessica Jones S03 about it being 6 months to Mother's Day (imo written prop dates that aren't around the same time as when they were filming the scene are more likely to be accurate than said dialogue about a date because the script and release dates can change)
(Unsure if it's in the same continuity as the SSU or Spider-Verse or an entirely new Earth)
Madame Web (June 2003)
Venom (Oct 2018 - April 2019)
Venom Mid-Credits Scene (April or May 2019)
Morbius (June 2019)
(Even though all of the dates are for spring 2019 but we can ignore those as filming dates as filming took place in March 2019 which doesn't work with Venom)
Venom: LTBC (Oct/Nov 2020)
Venom: LTBC Mid-Credits Scene (Nov 2020)
Spider-Man: No Way Home (Nov 2024/Nov 2020 in the SSU)
Morbius First Mid-Credits Scene (Nov 2020)
Venom: TLD (Nov 2020)
Venom: TLD Mid-Credits Scene (Nov 2020)
(Right after Venom's Sacrifice and Eddie is unconscious)
Venom: TLD Post-Credits Scene (Nov 2020)
(Dawn after the Area 51 Battle)
Morbius Second Mid-Credits Scene (23rd Nov 2020)
(Morbius looks at his Watch which says 2am-ish and the number 23 is above that and it can't be long after the first credits scene but some time has passed for vulture to get his suit back and read about and track down Morbius)
It would be weird if Spider-Man Noir was canon to this universe for two reasons:
First, May's grandfather would be Ben Reilly and she later marries a man with the first name of Ben (Parker).
Then we have rumored castings of Robbie Robertson and Flint Marko in Noir, which by this logic would mean they only exist in the 1930s as opposed to present day.
It's not improbable but...convenient and unconventional.
It's clear that they're desperate to get people to watch the movie, because they need money to keep the rights to these characters out of Marvel's hands for use in the MCU. Not to mention, the fact that despite this being "Sony's Spider-Man Universe", NONE of the films even have Spider-Man in it!!
