Should be noted that Britney Spears' "Toxic" was first released on November 15, 2003, not quite working with June 2003, but the film already has some other infamous anachronisms such as the PSP (released in March 2005 in the US) appearing, so I don't think it's too big a deal.

I'd say August 2003 since Peter Parker was born in August, traditionally.
 
BTW when he's killing those prisoners in the Kraven trailer, you see a hockey match on TV. (Yes, TVs in prison cells. Much better prison system than here in the US' "eye for an eye / you don't deserve this" mentality, I'll say.)

I'll assume with the snow it's Siberia and hockey season in Russia is between September and February.
 
Skimming through the film and I can see that the Area 51 is getting decommissioned in 3 days so I'm assuming this would be the night of the final battle and as the film picks up right from the no way home mid-credits scene in November I'd say the timeline looks somewhat like this:

Day 1 - No Way Home Mid-Credits Scene up to meteorite shower
Day 2 - Area 51, Mulligan warns about Knull,travelling with hippy family
Day 3 - Arriving in Las Vegas
Day 4 - Final Area 51 Battle,Mid Credits Scene
Day 5 - Post Credits Scene,Eddie wakes up in hospital
Day ? - Goes to new York

Haven't fully watched it yet but I'll see if I've missed anything

unless im forgetting about something i feel like there can be a time gap from november 2020 to july 2021 before eddie is taken to the mcu and sent back, as this also leaves time for ms chen to have gone to vegas and earned all the credit she did
