According to Beyonce's wiki page, her 1st album kept getting delayed. It was promoted starting from October 2002 (which fits I guess) to eventually June 2003.

This is assuming they put that much thought into that sh-t. But we'll see.
 
That would be an insane and hideous coincidence if Uncle Ben was saving Richard Parker and Peter was born in that car crash.

I doubt Adam Scott is actually Uncle Ben tbh.

Well, you know how they play around with trailers these days. Could be clever editing.

Edit: Also, didn't look like Emma Roberts to me. I don't think she's even in the trailer.

Peter Parker wasn't born in a Pervuian cave.

Also, what you're predicting based on those rumors make this plot far more convoluted than it would need to be.
Ezekiel Sims is clearly only interested in the 3 Spider-Girls.
 
Set photos also showed a pregnant Emma Roberts after the cast leak, and she's not in the trailer giving birth which is a completely different woman in a completely different environment, so that leads further evidence.

So the leaks claimed she plays a pregnant Mary Parker, then she's seen on the set looking pregnant. The film being set in 2003 makes more sense if it is tied into something, and these Spider-Women could easily have had their origin in the 2020s. Peter Parker though? He has to be born in the past, because he's got to be Spider-Man in the present.

So if Madame web is in 2003 why do they allude to the crazy stuff going on in the city (my best guess is that it's a misdirect and most people will think that the guy on the subway was talking about the previous events from the venom movies and morbius but I guess we'll have to wait and see) btw if this is a prequel when is kraven set? 2021? 2022?

Probably when it was filmed, but with lack of evidence the release date is taken.
