This event's done nothing for me. I can't wait until it's finally over.

So, Spiderwoman/princess skrull and all the rest were having a powwow at Camp Hammond, which is in Stamford. The next page they're in central park? Did i miss something?

You've got to be kidding me.

Nope, when they get to the final fight scene, Galactus Skrull is in the background, attacking them with the rest of the Skrulls.

Yea.

Yup.

The Shoddy Storytelling?

Thank you.

Galactus Skrull.

....

So you have a Skrull with the power of Galactus, and you simply just don't use him to kill everyone?

They're afraid of it being sacrireligous.

(Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't their homeworld destroyed by Galactus?)

This event would be ten times cooler if they weren't invading for religous reasons, and invading because they've beaten them countless times and they've finally had it.

I don't know. I just kind of figured the powers don't necessarily directly correspond in strength and variety to the costume they have on. I figured they each just sort of transformed to fit whatever design they thought was cool and fitted their powers.

I won't be satisfied with the army of Super Skrulls until I see one with the powers of Angar the Screamer and The Aquarian.

This really needs to be done, because then you'd know the Skrulls have really done their homework.

The issue was good, even with the flaws, but it's like Project said, the event hasn't really done anything to impress. I still think it's because they hyped it too early and often. It's lost all the epic feel it should've had.

Eh? Really?

What did you like about the issue?

Well, I don't what to say. I mean, I didn't hate it, I know it wasn't as good as it could've been or whatever, but I just enjoyed it.

How much stuff has been happening outside of the mini? Because the story is either so ****ty I've forgotten or it's happening in comics I'm not reading. And this is why I hate events like this. I'm reading the main story but still only getting half of it. It's stupid.

Also, Tony Stark has been doing the same thing for like the whole story. Just like Bendis, I guess.

For the most part the tie-ins have been good

the tie-ins that have had barely anything to do with the actual story that is, Captain Britain & MI13, Incredible Herc, etc.

This should have been the biggest and greatest Marvel mini of all time. The first issue was good and after that - pfft. I just read #6 and can't believe how poor this series has become.

When have the Skrulls ever been benevolent? When have they ever indicated that the reason they've wanted to take over Earth all these years was to help Earth advance? It's stupid. It makes no sense. Even if they are lying - why? Why lie about something like that? What is the point?

And "He" = God? Huh? I could've sworn that the Skrulls either worshipped their royalty as deity or had "gods" with regular names - not God or a god they called "God". Am I wrong? I don't remember where I saw that. Maybe they are trying to trick Earth into thinking they represent the traditional God of Earth according to Christian faiths - I dunno. But it seems stupid.

This is just a huge waste. The ending better be worth it. I don't expect ti to be though.

I hated it turned into another free-for-all at one place. Why can't we have like different attacks on different fronts.
